Privacy at Enimates

Enimates is a children's story brand, so we build for the strictest case: our story pages collect nothing.

What we don't collect. We never ask for or store a child's name, age, birthday, school, feelings, behavior, photos or voice. Our read-along and story pages have no sign-up form, no advertising trackers and no analytics code.

What we do collect. Only on our clearly labeled grown-ups pages, and only from an adult: your email address, and optionally your first name and whether you're a parent, carer or educator. We ask you to confirm you're an adult before the form, and we send a confirmation email you have to click before we ever mail you again.

What we do with it. We email you what you asked for. That's it. We don't sell, rent or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

Who helps us. Cloudflare hosts the website. Kit sends our email. YouTube hosts our videos and gives us its own audience numbers, which are aggregated and never identify a viewer.

How long we keep it. While you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-mail list for up to two years so we don't accidentally mail you again, then delete it. Website server logs are kept briefly for security and then purged.

Cookies. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. The site remembers one thing locally — whether you muted the sound. If a page ever has a grown-up gate, it remembers for a day that you passed it. Neither identifies you.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email in one click. To see or delete what we hold, email us and we'll do it.

Children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it. Enimates is educational — it teaches feelings vocabulary and is not medical advice.
